My vitamin C smoothie recipe ♥

So we are currently in the cold and flu season, where everything spreads like fire. Usually in the winter I like to watch my health and load up on immune boosting foods. I was actually sick a couple of weeks ago, and came up with a natural juice recipe. Surprisingly it was very helpful and did help to reduce symptoms and get some of my energy back...


INGREDIENTS: KIWI, GINGER, ORANGE, BEETROOT
