1.  DRINK WATER
water helps in providing hydration to the body and that INCLUDES for your hair.

2. AVOCADO
Avocado is high in many vitamins and antioxidants. It can also be mashed in to a hair mask and massaged into the scalp, to help stimulate hair growth. If you don't have time to do this they can also be eaten (for additional health benefits to the skin).

3. EGGS
scrambled, boiled, wrapped in foil. however you like to enjoy your eggs, be aware that they are bursting with protein which helps to keep your hair strong.

4. FISH
 fish fish fish....yes we know the smell might make you itch. Alot of fish are high in Omega 3 (such as salmon), which helps to provide elasticity to your hair, along with a reduction in a dry scalp.

5. NUTS
Nuts are a good source of minerals (almonds & brazil nuts are great sources). The biotin content in nuts help promote faster growth of  hair and nails.

6. BANANAS
These are probably your best friend if your seeking to make your hair thicker. Bananas contain a mineral named "silica" which adds thickness to your hair. other foods which contain this mineral are oats and raisins.

7. SWEET POTATO
sweet potatoe contains a lot of vitamin A which helps to add shine to your hair.

8. RED MEAT
Red meat is a good source of iron which strengthens your hair and helps to prevent hair loss, (Turkey is also a good source of iron so be sure to go for seconds at Xmas)
